These terms govern your use of sportsplan.ai, the corporate site of SportsPlan AI Inc. (Corporations Canada no. 1781296-5). By using the site you accept them.

They do not govern our training apps. TennisPlan AI, PicklePlan AI, GolfPlan AI and HockeyPlan AI each publish their own terms of service at the /terms page on their own domain, and those are the terms that apply to an account, a subscription or a training plan.

2. Use of this site

You may read and share this site. Do not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to build or train a competing product. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Not an offer of securities

Nothing on this site, including anything on the investors page, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, in any jurisdiction. Any such offer would be made only through formal offering documents, to eligible investors, under applicable Canadian securities law.

This site links to our apps and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of any site we link to.
