SportsPlan AI Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian company (Corporations Canada no. 1781296-5) based in Kelowna, British Columbia. In this policy, we, us and our mean SportsPlan AI Inc.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers sportsplan.ai, our corporate site. It does not cover our training apps.

TennisPlan AI, PicklePlan AI, GolfPlan AI and HockeyPlan AI each hold accounts, training data and payment records, and each publishes its own privacy policy at the /privacy page on its own domain. If you hold an account with one of those apps, that policy is the one that applies to your data.

3. What we collect here

This site has no accounts, no sign-in and no forms. We do not ask you for your name, address or payment details anywhere on it.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you load a page: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. That is used to deliver the site and to investigate abuse and outages.

We use analytics and advertising measurement, including the Google tag, to understand how people find the site and whether our campaigns work.

4. Email you send us

If you write to hello@sportsplan.ai we keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Press, partnership and investor enquiries are kept while the enquiry or relationship is active, and are not used for marketing unless you ask to hear from us.

5. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics and advertising measurement may set cookies through the Google tag. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

6. Who we share it with

Vercel hosts and delivers this site. Google provides analytics and advertising measurement. That is the full list for this site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own independent use. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

7. Where data is processed

The providers above process data in the United States and in other countries, under the contractual safeguards in our agreements with each of them.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to hear from us. Write to hello@sportsplan.ai.

If you are in Canada and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

This site is aimed at adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes.
